We collect only the information needed to respond, protect the inquiry service and manage a potential business relationship.

For security and abuse prevention, the form also records a shortened cryptographic hash derived from the connecting IP address and limited browser information. The original IP address is not stored in the inquiry database by EM Resolve.
If you contact us by email, we also process the information in your email and subsequent correspondence.

Information is shared only where necessary to operate the website and respond to you. Current service providers include:
A copy of the inquiry is also transferred over an authenticated, encrypted connection into EM Resolve's private local CRM so it can be reviewed and followed up. The CRM is not publicly accessible. The notification email remains a separate delivery path so an inquiry is not lost if either system is temporarily unavailable.
These providers process information on our behalf or under their own legal responsibilities. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business reorganization.
Contact inquiries and related security records stored by the website are deleted within 24 months of submission. Related email correspondence is normally kept for no longer than 24 months from the latest relevant interaction. Information may be deleted sooner when no longer needed.
Cloudflare Web Analytics reports are available for the previous six months. These reports contain aggregate website usage and performance information rather than contact-inquiry records.
Limited records may be retained for longer only when necessary to comply with law, maintain accounting records, establish or defend legal claims, or honour an active contract.
EM Resolve is established in the United States, and the service providers listed above may process information in the United States and other countries. Where data-protection law requires it, transfers are handled using the safeguards made available by the relevant provider, such as approved contractual protections.
EM Resolve uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources and website performance. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data.
We do not use this service for advertising, behavioral targeting or building cross-site profiles. The website infrastructure may also process limited technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection or privacy authority where you live. To make a request, email hello@emresolve.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
